This policy describes information used when you visit Sunvexo, enter calculator values or contact the website. It also describes advertising-related technologies when those services are used.

Calculator values

The supplied calculators perform their arithmetic in your browser. They do not submit the entered values to the website server or create a user account. If you include those values in a contact message, they become part of that message.

Contact messages

The contact form asks for a name, email address and message so the operator can respond and investigate an issue. Submitted messages are sent through the website’s email system. Messages may be retained in the recipient mailbox for handling the inquiry and related recordkeeping. The form does not create a public comment. Avoid sending passwords, payment details or sensitive personal records.

Site operations and security

Hosting and security services may process the requested URL, time, IP address, browser information and related access logs to deliver pages, diagnose faults and prevent abuse. The contact form also uses a short-lived, one-way token derived from the connection address to limit repeated submissions; that counter expires after 10 minutes. Cookies and browser storage

WordPress, consent tools and other installed services may use cookies or browser storage for essential functions, preferences or security. The calculator arithmetic itself does not require an advertising cookie. Browser settings can clear or block cookies, although doing so may affect functions supplied by other services.
